Choosing the best tenants for your home

Our rigorous tenant selection process guarantees you only the highest quality tenants. We vet all applicants carefully, check references and conduct extensive tenancy and employment checks on national real estate and tenancy databases such as RPDATA and TICA. We then provide you with a short list of the best candidates and work with you to select the best tenant for your property.


Management and Maintenance

Our dedicated team of highly experienced property managers will look after your property with the utmost care, ensuring your property is always maintained to the highest standard. With the preparation of a detailed Inspection report for your property at the commencement of each tenancy will ensure you are completely satisfied we have accurately captured the condition of your home at the start of the tenancy agreement. We then carry out ongoing routine inspections during the term of the tenancy to ensure your property is maintained to the standard it was let in at the onset of the tenancy and provide you with a detailed report. We manage all the day to day aspects such as collection of rent and water usage charges from the tenants and take care of your regular bill payments such as council rates, water rates, insurance and strata levies. We have a 24/7 maintenance programme in place to take care of any emergencies. Should your property require any repairs we can call on one of our highly trusted tradesmen and service suppliers in the area to provide quality service at highly competitive prices. We will send you detailed monthly statements showing the rental income status of your property and an annual statement for your year-end tax and accounts management. Each month we do an electronic transfer of funds to your nominated bank account giving you immediate access to cleared funds for your rental property.
